1.) Web platform- (A21): A project website will provide information about the project and its aims, the partners, the products and results. It will also have an e-newsletter facility where users and subscriber can download and receive up to date versions as they are published.
2.) Press releases-(A13): The press releases will be drafted by all partners, and translated to each partner language under the leadership of MARITIME INNOVATORS. 5 press releases in 6 months interval will be developed during the course of the project. These press releases will be sent to local, national and international magazine, newspapers and other media representatives in all partner countries.
3.) Newsletters-(A14): The newsletters will be written in rotating order, one by each partner and will be translated by each partner and then distributed by email and on the Web Platform to the partners networks and to stakeholders from all Target Groups.
4.) Dissemination Materials -(A15): The consortium will create a corporate image for the project to secure maximum distribution of the project and its aims and objectives. This corporate image will be visible in its logo, notepads, pens and flyers that will be distributed from the start of the project to all target groups and stakeholders.
5). Project Flyer-(A18): These Flyers will be available from the beginning of the project to give a quick overview over the projects aims and objectives and will be widely distributed to all stakeholders and target groups in the partner countries in order to widely spread the awareness of the project and to receives as much input and feedback as possible.
6.) Final Brochure-(A16): Partners will produce a multi-language brochure towards the end of the project, which will be of high quality and will summarise the projects aims, objectives and achievements, introduce the Intellectual Outputs and invite all stakeholders to the use SEA MENTORS Online Platform.
8.) Tutorial Video-(A19): a short informative video will be compiled towards the end of the project when the both the SEA MENTORS platform been fully tested and improved if necessary, that will explain and demonstrate how to use both products. The video will be uploaded onto the projects Web Platform as well as YouTube.
9.) Conference papers: Papers will be produced which are directly linked to "Experiential Knowledge Based MENTORING" and studies carried out by the project partners in order to identify the need for project activities. These papers will be aimed at reputable conferences in the maritime industry to inform the target groups on an academic level.
There will also be several intangible results upon completion of the project such as:
1) Learning About Culture: Seafarers will exchange enormous number of knowledge and experience through the platform and lead a more rigid maritime culture hence improve the safety of operations at sea. This will lead to the framework of transnationalism by advancing the notion of emporium, in which the circular and transversal journeys of seafarers are viewed as a connecting space between land- based areas; a space which provides a basis for an extended knowledge and understanding of different cultural outlooks as well as relations between nations.
2) Safety Culture at sea: Recognising that all accidents are preventable and normally only occur following unsafe actions or a failure to follow correct procedures thereby thinking safety constantly will be encouraged in the platform.
