The transnational Project Meeting of the SEA MENTORS E+ Project was held in Romanian Naval Academy (Mircea cel Batran), in Constanta, main campus, on March 29th – 30th, with the participation of 11 representatives from 5 partner countries as following: Romanian Naval Academy (Popa Cătălin, Cucu Marius, Nistor Filip), Lithuanian Maritime Academy (Rima Mickiene and Indre Dikse), Bulgarian Naval Academy (Ivo Yotsov and Kalin Kalinov), Polish Naval Academy (Artur Bogdanowicz and Paweł Wirkowski), Maritime Innovators (Ugurcan Acar) and Spinaker (Tomaž Gregorič).
The major purpose of the meeting had been focused on the initial project management settings and implementation plan enactment, with the revision of the time line and results assignment overview. The meeting had been organized by residentially, on Romanian Naval Academy campus, in Constanta, for two days, 29 th – 30th of March, respectively.

The online meeting was held through a teleconferencing facility at project SharePoint. All partners except NVNA were present. A separate meeting was being held with NVNA. With 5 representatives from 5 partner country as follows: Romanian Naval Academy (Popa Cătălin, Nistor Filip), Lithuanian Maritime Academy (Rima Mickiene), Polish Naval Academy (Artur Bogdanowicz and Paweł Wirkowski), Maritime Innovators (Ugurcan Acar) and Spinaker (Tomaž Gregorič).
The major purpose of the meeting was focused on reviewing the tasks from the first partner meeting and fix second partner meeting which is planed to take place in November 2022.
Second Transnational Project Meeting hosted by LMA alongside the Baltic Sea Conference IV organised by LMA. This has given partners opportunity to network and disseminate the project to further audience. The meeting was separated on two days. Participants from the consortium met each other to introduce the project, aim and objectives project management details, the main tasks and to distribute them, the periods of development of the various work packages. Those who were not able to join the meeting in person joined the project via teleconference.
The transnational Project Meeting of the SEA MENTORS E+ Project was held in Polish Naval Academy, in Gdynia, main campus, on March 27th - 29th 2023 with the participation of 9 representatives from 4 partner countries as following: Romanian Naval Academy (Popa Catalin, Cucu Marius, Nistor Filip), Lithuanian Maritime Academy (Rima Mickiene and Vilma Lockaite), Polish Naval Academy (Artur Bogdanowicz and Pawel Wirkowski), Maritime Innovators (Ugurcan Acar) and
Spinaker (Tomaz Gregoric).
The major purpose of the meeting had been focused on the project management implementation progress and interim report approval, with the revision of the task's assignment, budget and results overview.
